MORETTI PIZZAFORUM PROJECT IS GOING ON ALSO IN THE YEAR 2011
The begin of the new year sees the official start of the Moretti Forum project, aimed at those wishing to learn, or more simply perfect, their pizza-making techniques.
The courses, organised by Moretti Forni and the dealers taking part to this iniziative, are held by master pizza-chef Maurizio Leone and take place on the premises of the Moretti Forni dealers: within the space of a single day, participants are given theoretical information which will then be put into practice during the section of the course dedicated to hands-on work.
