Safety, reliability, efficiency and high quality are the characteristics of serieP cooking: electronic management with heat adjustment for ceiling and bedplate, timer, economy, cooking programs, reinforced and insulated doors with high density material and a special insert for a durable design.
P60E, P80E are two excellent ways to prepare traditional and small Pastry Bakery.
The firing chamber can be indented or with sheet steel provided with cooking surface in refractory brick (suitable for baking bread) and, upon request, with uprated internal height of up to 30 cm, ideal for cooking products that rise in height. It is also possible to equip the furnace with a steam generator for direct entry into the cooking Chamber, ideal for products that require a high amount of moisture.
