P120E ease of use and breadth of the chamber: these are the main features of the P120E model.
Its versatility is also given by the 3 different sizes available and the baking Chambers that, upon request, can be supplied with internal height increased up to 30 cm, ideal for cooking products that rise in height. It is also possible to equip the furnace with a steam generator for direct entry into the cooking Chamber, ideal for products that require a high amount of moisture.
