From February 22 to 24, 2025, Identità Milano will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a special edition: “Identità Future: 20 Years of New Ideas in the Kitchen.” A title that perfectly reflects the innovative spirit of Moretti Forni, a long-standing partner of the event, known for its cutting-edge business solutions.   The Marche-based company has always focused on instantly accessible innovation, mapping out the future of cooking. This journey begins with MorettiLAB and continues through constant collaboration with top industry professionals via the Cottura Futura® project. The all-innovative character of Moretti Forni at Identità Milano 2024

CORE, Refining® and the great Pizza Chefs of the #RoadToSmartBaking community   “There is no innovation without disobedience: revolution today.” This is the theme of Identità Milano 2024, the nineteenth edition of Italy’s most important and one of the world’s most prestigious international author’s cuisine congress, which will be held from 9th to 11th March at the Allianz MiCo in Milan.   Moretti Forni will be present as a partner, confirming its ability to support and listen to catering professionals, bringing together, in a familiar environment, comparisons, solutions, inspirations and ideas… even disobedient ones, from which unique innovations can spring, usable by all the people who rely on Moretti Forni technologies, becoming part of the #RoadToSmartBaking community.   From this large community, important names on the national scene will bring their success stories to “Taste the Heat”, a series of “Heat Tastings”, which will give a tangible understanding of the countless opportunities provided by the revolutionary Refining® process, the exclusive patented method that allows a product to be pre-cooked, conserved and at a later date, thanks to the advanced intelligence of the oven, to be able to recall the first cooking phase, completing the preparation as if it had just been baked, with the same guaranteed quality.
